This flying model was designed by Speed Robertson, engineered by Reginald Denny. This model qualifies for 4 Flying Aces Club events: Jimmie Allen, Old Time Rubber, Old Time Two-Bit Rubber, and Embryo. Pre-1942 design, eligible for Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) contests.
This laser cut free flight rubber powered model airplane kit includes a full-size rolled plan, building and flying instructions, hand-picked competition weight laser cut balsa parts and balsa strip wood, Easy Built Lite tissue in a variety of bright colors, FAI Super Sport rubber motor, E-B propeller, EBM thrust button, wheels, wire, clear plastic for the windshield, and 1 pair of Jimmie Allen TissueCal™ markings. You will need a hobby knife, fine sandpaper, building board, and glue.

This airplane is a wood model kit. You will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, glue and a small hobby saw to complete the kit.
Unlike a plastic model you will need to cut, fit, and sand some of the parts to make the best fit and shape.
All wood kits that we sell are rated for 14+ years of age. All builders younger than 14 years old will need adult supervision.
The large kits should not be attempted unless you have prior building experience. The larger the kit, the more details are involved with complex curves for the wing and fuselage.
