    When choosing a sprocket nose bar, you’ll have a choice of ones with either a replaceable or hard nose. The replaceable version provides the option to replace only the nose if it becomes damaged or worn. This benefit offers a cost-saving advantage as opposed to replacing the entire bar. The replaceable nose version also provides additional adaptability when changing the pitch of the chain. The hard nose version is a complete piece of metal to the nose, which is preferred when the bar needs extra sturdiness due to more difficult conditions.
